J41W/H/Y API Cast Steel Globe Valve produced and sold by Baigang valve group for ANSI Class150 ~ 600. Operating temperature -29 ~ + 425 ℃ (carbon steel), - 40 ~ +200 ℃ (stainless steel) of the various pipelines. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. It can be applied to a variety of media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea through the selection of different materials.
J41W/H/Y API Cast Steel Globe Valve structure characteristics
1, American Standard Cast Steel Globe Valves product design and manufacture in line with the US standard ASME B16.34 and other foreign advanced standards.
2, the valve body shape spherical or streamlined, handsome in appearance, the shape of the runner through-type, fluid resistance.
3, the closure of the closure valve (valve) and the valve seat sealing surface with a tapered seal, the closing force is small, erosion-resistant, reliable seal.
4, the valve seat for the replacement of the valve seat, can be any combination of material with the closure of the sealing surface matching, to meet the requirements of a variety of conditions, to extend the service life.
