YDF-A Dome Valve product description
YDF-a dome valve is professionally developed by our company according to the actual powder transmission conditions of thermal power and water glass manufacturing systems at home and abroad. The product has novel structure, excellent and stable performance, good sealing performance, automatic air pressure compensation, protective valve seat design, erosion resistance, zero friction during opening and closing rotation and long service life. The product has strong centralized automatic control ability, can be jointly controlled with computer, adapt to the automation requirements of modern pipeline, and is widely used in powder transmission control of thermal power, cement manufacturing, glass manufacturing and thermal power systems for opening and closing.
Ydf-a dome valve is widely used in thermal power plant, pneumatic ash removal, power plant dust removal, feeding and discharging system. It has the advantages of simple structure, less wear and small torque.
YDF-A Dome Valve structural features
1, the valve adopts inflatable ring, valve opening and closing, no contact between the spool and the seal.
2, when the valve is switched over, the ring inflated to achieve elastic deformation of the seal.
3, the valve is in place switch, and the switch signal can be sent to the PLC for remote control.
4, the valve cylinder drive, easy and quick switching.
5, the structure is simple, directly driven by the cylinder valve to open and close the valve state, easy maintenance.
